The ViBE VA5004 is a modular product with dual power supplies and up to four slots containing anycombination of encoding and decoding modules. A state of art JPEG 2000 compression engine makes the VA5004 ideal codec for high quality SD, HD and 3D contribution transmission over telecommunication links. Capable of delivering 1080p50/60, 10-bit, 4:2:2 video, the ViBE VA5004 is ideal for bringing lossless “Live” full resolution 3D content back from sports stadiums by combining left and right view in a single compressed stream ensuring perfect “3D-Synch”. Audio, VBI and ancillary data are transported transparently for optimum quality and lip-synch accuracy.
