RD1000 Receiver Descrambler

RD1000The RD1000 is a modular receiver descrambler supporting multi-services descrambling in BISS (1 & E) and DVB-CI formats. The design allows you to customize a compact, modular chassis with up to eight I/O modules including RF inputs (DVB-S/S2, COFDM, QAM, 8VSB), ASI input/output, IP inputs/outputs. The platform is ready for hardware and software upgrade in the field and matches any application such as contribution, distribution. Supporting major CAS providers (including Viaccess, Nagravision, Irdeto, NDS, Conax, Cryptoworks, and more) in a dual DVB-CI slot for CAM, the RD1000 is the ideal solution to receive live feeds via RF, ASI or IP and to deliver a demodulated/descrambled signal for local processing.

The RD1000 is a single TS receiver descrambler per 1RU rack (supporting two DVB-CI CAM). As complement, the RD1002 manages two TS in a 1RU rack (supporting one DVB-CI CAM per TS), which is unique in the market. This density drives important system cost reduction, and the price is extremely competitive.
